Will my insurance cover my visit?
We are happy to bill any insurance for you. However, we cannot guarantee the payment and benefits. Please contact your insurance company for insurance benefits and to make sure our practice is in your network.

We accept most major medical insurances (medicare, medicaid, BCBS, UMR) and most vision plans (VSP, Davis, Eyemed)
Do you offer financing options?
We currently offer Care Credit to help with your financial obligations. Our office policy requires 50% down to order any product and 50% at the time of dispense.

All Co-pays and refractions not covered by your insurance are due at the time of service.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, we are unable to accommodate Walk-in appointments. If you have an emergency or wish to schedule an appointment, please contact the office for an available time.
